For the past 15 years Tony has been involved in developing and bringing to market IT and CRM solutions for HR and the recruitment industry.
More recently Tony has been focusing on the development and implementation of cloud computing based solutions within this sector, as well as developing Bond solutions for the Chinese and Japanese markets. He is leading the team developing the mobile application for the Bond suite of products.
He is also a non executive director with the Big Fat Smile Group – a NFP provider of early learning services.
Tony graduated from the University of Wollongong with a BSc (Physics). He has worked in product marketing with a number of large international corporations, and has been involved in IT and environmental start-ups. He recently was the president of the ICT Illawarra cluster and is working to grow and support the IT community.
Tony has been a judge of the NASSCOM Innovation Student Awards for the past 4 years.

Raja is a well-known global management and technology leader with expertise and experience gained over 20 years in building & driving teams, practices & competencies across several geographies and cultures. He works in a senior management position at Australia’s largest insurance firm besides chairing a Tech fund focusing on investments in early stage ventures.
He has had a diverse career having worked with leading financial services institutions, global consulting firms, service providers, and as the founder/CTO of successful start-up firms. Raja is has published over 50 published white & thought papers, has served on the regional advisory board at IAOP (International Association of Outsourcing Professionals), has been nominated & voted as a thought leader at IQPC-SSON (World’s largest forum for Shared services) and has been a judge of the NASSCOM Student Innovation awards for the past 4 years.
He has earlier chaired AIBC’s ICT chapter in NSW, has been active in the NGO circuit, being awarded the GE-Rotary Peace prize for contributions to Tsunami (2004) Relief and has been recognized by Rotary as a Paul Harris Fellow.

Chris leads the start-up engagement strategy through the Technology & Media industry group at Grant Thornton where he is an Associate Director in the Private Advisory practice. He has over ten years’ experience advising mid size business during all phases of their lifecycle and works with both global and local technology companies in managing risk and designing and implementing strategy. His passion lies in assisting clients on their growth journey with a particular focus on emerging markets in Asia. Chris is uniquely qualified as both a Chartered Accountant and Lawyer and in a highly competitive, fast paced and demanding environment Chris challenges both clients and colleagues to innovate and think outside the square. He is passionate about challenging the status quo and in an attempt to create a catalyst for positive change you’ll often find him asking ‘why’.

In this role, he is responsible to support his client’s growth by understanding their business, maintaining CxO relationships and applying Mindtree’s global technology expertise.
He has over 29 years experience in managing IT Delivery across multiple market industries, including banking, insurance, superannuation, consumer packaged goods, telecommunications, government, sports and travel.
He is a service management specialist having transformed numerous large corporate operations environments included IT start-ups, managing operational failures, complex transformation programs, disaster recovery testing, managing virus outbreaks and adding new business value.
Stephen has instigated programs for IT delivery and Business Functions to unite such as during the explosive growth of Internet Banking in 2001. He has conducted national and international customer exercises to gain first hand understanding of technology in action from time critical corporate trading floors, harsh conditions of fresh food production floors of bakeries through to international disaster recovery exercises with corporate clients.
Lead numerous high-end professionals, including service delivery SMEs, project managers, architects including a team of 300 technology staff during the Sydney 2000 Olympics.
Stephen is an ITIL V3 Expert and is the recipient of numerous high-end management performance awards. He lives in Sydney, is employed by Mindtree and enjoys time with his family, distance running, travel and German electronic music!
